Justin was amazing through all of our coaching sessions. We worked together on 5-6 individual sessions. He has made me a better communicator and ultimately a better Account Executive. I can't stress enough how much he helped me overall. He has an awesome outlook on things and was able to word strategies in not only a way that makes sense but made it simple to execute. It was obvious he took his time on each of my submissions and never hit me with the vanilla "try this, try that, etc." We built a great rapport with each other and I feel that is very important when having a sales coach and he tailored his feedback to my style while also offering extremely helpful feedback and recommendations that I will take with me in my career forever. I enjoy the dialog and respect the feedback from my one on one coach. I do not like the style of coaching given during our team training recap. We're not children. I feel team members should have the option to volunteer feedback participation and roleplay participation if they choose to and not be forced and randomly called on to do so.

An area of coaching that can be tough is to deliver "do betters" without being too harsh and while there were many areas for me to improve, I never felt attacked or belittled. Actually really fun to watch and get the feedback throughout the recording.

Meetings with Byron always have a perfect balance of tactical things I can do to improve and kudos on some areas I continue to do well. Now that I have had about 3 meetings with Byron, the strategies he is sharing with me on how to do deeper discovery are starting to breakthrough in my head. I always leave the meeting feeling motivated for my next discovery call. There are two things I plan to try on a discovery call on Monday that are based on our meeting.

Brett comes with a great perspective on sales strategy, how to guide a buyer towards and purchase, and teaches reps how to teach a buyer how to buy VS it being a transactional business play where you shouldn't be solely focused on the features of the offering. - The digital landscape is changing drastically and Brett has a good eye for what makes a valued discovery/evaluation and the key aspects that go into it. Happy thus far with my development with Brett. Solid feedback, he know's where my weaknesses are and focuses there first before working on anything else.
