You’re in a demo and you’re asked a question that you just don’t know the answer to… What do you do? 🤔
Dave & Scott advise: Just be honest.
You’ll never go wrong if you’re honest with the prospect.
Saying, “I don’t know the answer, but I’ll get back to you” does two things:
👉 It shows that you’re very helpful. You’re willing to go out of your way to find the solution.
👉 It humanizes you. You’re not just a robot that has memorized a script.
Being honest also builds trust, rapport, and credibility.
Thank you, Annabelle Kovacs, for showing us how it’s done! 👏👏
